The price does not include the tourist tax,  nor the rental of bed linen and towels, nor the cleaning fee.

Deposit of 25% of the rent to be paid upon booking.

Tourist tax: €1 per day and per person over 18 years old.

Details and conditions:

• Arrivals are scheduled for Sunday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

• Departures are scheduled on Saturday until 10 am.

• The hours are adaptable and flexible at the time of making contact.

• Tablecloths are provided free of charge, please use them.

• Cot and high chair provided (free)

• Full payment of the rental and a deposit check of 500 euros (not cashed) will be requested 15 days before your arrival.

​

• Cleaning not done at the end of the stay will be charged 40 euros. The cleaning of the sofa, mattresses, duvets and pillows if they are made dirty will also be charged.

• Pets are not accepted.
